Cheeky Little Prints

There is a huge and diverse range of businesses in this area and a lot of opportunities if you are willing to look for them and take them

I was born and grew up in Swindon. I moved away from the area in 2006 due to work commitments. While attending a large Country Show in September 2008 I saw a craft stand creating silver fingerprint jewellery. At the time, my first Son was 3 months old and I fell in love with the idea of keeping a part of my baby with me wherever I went. The flyer advertised franchises available. I had always wanted to run my own business but I wanted to do it my way. The cogs began to turn. I took the plunge and learnt how to create the jewellery and I set up my business, Cheeky Little Prints in April 2009. I have been capturing your loved one’s unique fingerprints, hand & footprints, pet’s paw prints, horse’s shoes and special messages in stunning silver jewellery ever since.

I built up the business slowly whilst looking after my 2 children. In 2013, I relocated back to Swindon which was a big step but I quickly made new friends and continued building my business bit by bit. I am part of a large networking organisation called 4Networking and meet regularly with a wide range of other local businesses in Swindon.

There is a huge and diverse range of businesses in this area and a lot of opportunities if you are willing to look for them and take them when you find them. Swindon is also ideally placed for travel, with great transport links to other towns and cities. I really enjoy living and bringing up my children in Swindon. There is lots to do and the Countryside is also very close. Swindon is a large town with a lot of amazing and talented people. I am very excited about the future of my business and can see many fantastic opportunities ahead. I have found fellow businesses in Swindon and the surrounding areas to be very supportive and open to collaboration, which drives further business growth. I collaborate with a number of local Veterinary Practices in and around Swindon to offer my silver paw print jewellery to clients. I also support local Dog Shows at Lydiard Park and the Old Town Festival in Swindon. I see a very bright future and I am proud to live and work in my hometown of Swindon.
